The project aims to ensure safe mobility of 5 ethnic minorities (especially women & children) in the Luc Yen District where transportation infrastructure is limited, through the installation of a solar lighting system (800 lights along 40 km of village roads) & 3 small bridges with guardrails over rivers crossing these roads.

250 bicycles will be distributed to poor children, and trainings will be implemented to build capacity of local people and prevent children injury & abuse. Such project will provide populations with more frequent access to basic services & increase opportunities for household livelihood development.
