Ukraine: Back to Work Project - Life Changing Employment & Livelihoods Assistance in Kharkiv Phase 2

War has severely impacted the Ukrainian economy, with 3.5 M jobs lost, leading to poverty, health issues, stress, violence, etc. >3.7 M people are Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs), mostly women, with only 27% of them employed (Usually accepting poorly paid work in unsafe conditions). The project aims to empower female IDPs with employment assistance & general support to survive the trauma:

1/ Job-readiness curriculum (Career orientation, goal setting, job searching, CV writing, interview preparation), vocational training (Accounting, computer literacy, beauty/cosmetics) & job fairs

2/ Self-employment & entrepreneurship training (Business planning, tax, online marketing, communication, etc). Possibility to apply for a microgrant to help them kickstart their business & benefit from mentorship

3/ Psychological support

4/ Financial assistance to meet basic needs (Medical treatment, rent, transport, clothes).
