This entrepreneurship development programme is aimed at creating a conducive environment for women to access and be provided with relevant entrepreneurial skills such as computer literacy and financial literacy. It also assists them in Income Generating Activities, gaining knowledge, as well as values and attitudes to start and succeed in running small business ventures (Phumelela "Succeed" initiative).

The programme is also for adolescents (12-14 years old) and helps them to access senior high school education (Outreach initiative) focusing on digital and psychosocial support.
