Reinsert is a mentorship and job shadow program for extremely disadvantaged people that follow a rehabilitation path with social and professional accompaniment, as well as counselling for work integration. Alstom will start involving 10 volunteers from local employees to be coached as mentors and job shadow coordinators in order to help 10 disadvantaged trainees from Ateliere Fara Frontiere to acquire soft & technical skills and better understand the requests of the conventional labor market.
