This project aims to build the capacities of local authorities, non-governmental organisations, parents and children, enabling them to provide support and protect street children and families in Manila, Philippines. The challenge is to bring about lasting improvements in the living conditions of people living on the streets and their social integration.

It will involve engaging with local public and private organisations responsible for protecting and caring for street children and families, and reinforcing the capacities of street families to access services and assert their rights within the community.
