Peru is the 2nd hosting country in LAM with 1.5 million Venezuelans. The project aims to strengthen the socio & economic development of Venezuelan refugees:

1/ Enhance matching of labour demand & supply (Elaboration of database with 400 profiles with employability capacity & selection of 60 profiles matching companies preferences)

2/ Increase mutual awareness between welcoming community & migrants (Support in drafting CVs & job interviews, training on culture & labour market, workshop with local network)

3/ Promote full employment & social integration of 12 Venezuelan migrants/refugees heads of families (Relocation, house renting for 3 months, basic equipment & cash-based intervention for 1st month)

4/ Monitor integration process of 12 selected heads of families (Counselling for integration & access to social services).
