La Ensenada, marginal urban area of 40,000 inhabitants is made up of 40 communities.

The main project goal is that the residents of a district in this Lima shanty town receive technical and vocational training, so they can build green parks and flower gardens with containing walls in their district. The purpose is to reduce violence, mitigate risks in case of natural disaster, and integrate the most vulnerable into the community.
