CAPTA is a programme that trains at risk women to overcome their problematic situations and become independent individuals and workers contributing to society. The programme's purpose is to train 120 women and build a robust virtual platform where they can access additional courses and promote their profiles or businesses.

Demand for the programme has grown (+30%) so it must sustainably scale to reach more women through:

  • Strengthening virtual training capacity by training three staff members in entrepreneurship.
  • Solidifying programme methodology through the learning platform.
  • Designing and producing two 7-week online courses.
  • Using former CAPTA graduates to increase exposure and access employment.
  • Campaigning the accreditation of the programme through local institutions.
