Program supports the inclusion of disadvantaged youth through mechanisms for employment & entrepreneurship. Working with 3 local NGOs (L’Heure Joyeuse, Al Karam & 100% Mamans), it provides: 

1/ Orientation & Professional Integration (Pre-training, vocational training, job immersions & professional orientation, psychosocial help) 

2/ Entrepreneurial support (Training, launch of self-employment activities, post-start-up follow-up) 

3/ Fast-track employment training (Co-constructed with private companies). This new phase aims to intensify support, building on REX from previous years, particularly on replicating & improving support schemes (Data digitalization, financial empowerment, sharing of tools & best practices).
