Improve the living conditions of 129 rural young women farmers (They usually have no own financial resources) & limit their vulnerability to climate change. The goal is to set up their own farms, improve their practices & manage their activity. Phase 3 aims to: 

1/ Strengthen technical skills to produce resilient livestock (Breeding techniques, animal health, agroecological practices, water management, micro-credit, food hygiene)

2/ Develop entrepreneurial skills & self-confidence (Personal development to improve public speaking & negociation skills, meetings between mentors & mentees to integrate good practices & intergenerational dialogue)

3/ Strengthen economic collective dynamics through Corosa (Cheese-making) & Lkssiba (Sheep products) cooperatives to become self-sufficient & diversify production (Soaps & creams) through trainings in budget management, strategic plan writing, collective sales structuring.
