In Mexican public schools, girls face persistent barriers in accessing STEM education (Lack of resources, infrastructure & trained personnel) limiting future employability & reinforcing gender gaps in high-growth sectors. The program aims to empower girls in public schools and develop skills in technology, through:

/ STEM training to 2 000 middle/high school girls via 4 structured courses on video game creation, AI, chatbot development, Python programming & an introduction to electronics

/ 300 scholarships for university female students (Advanced training in Java & Data Science) acting as mentors/instructors for younger girls

/ Collaboration with public school system to identify participating schools & work on program delivery

/ Career talks & mentorship with Alstom employees to expose girls to opportunities in the transportation & infrastructure sectors.
