The project aims to foster autonomy & integration of vulnerable migrant women into labor market.

It will be carried out in a safe space for women and girls of the INTERSOS24 center in Rome through 3 objectives:

• Reach out migrant women, including survivors of gender-based violence and exploitation
• Promote an integrated response to needs through personalized guidance, trainings & job placements (Online job search, CV, cover letter, etc)
• Strengthen synergies with public and private actors to facilitate the inclusion of women. In addition, a virtual network is planned to be set up on the official INTERSOS profile via LinkedIn, to raise awareness about access to work for vulnerable women and to multiply employment opportunities.
