Mifne is a 12 month-programme (Phase 3) working with chronically unemployed and underemployed females in Jerusalem who are in severe financial and personal distress. It combines group workshops and personal mentoring to raise their self-confidence and employability skills.

The programme teaches them and their families how to balance their home budget and stay out of debt, and assures that participants get all the benefits and rights they are entitled to from the state. The Covid-19 crisis has led to a sharp and rapid increase in the number of people requiring welfare services and applications to the programme.
