​Program for promising disadvantaged Israeli & Palestinian youth to acquire practical knowledge & soft skills from the fields of computer science, entrepreneurship & leadership. After pilot (2021) & Ph1 (2022), goal to upgrade the course and create a career pipeline for young talents:

1/ First Employment module - 50 participants (17-19y) during pre-army/higher education period to be trained & integrated into MEET/NGOs/start-up partners as interns, coordinators & teaching assistants, to gain valuable work experience

2/ Work-readiness & professional development course - 85 participants (>20y) incl. workshops on practical tools (CV writing, job interviews, social networks & online platforms), panel discussion on high-tech relevant topics, women-only activities about women in high-tech & leadership positions, networking events with professionals, mentoring (6 months) & internships (3 months).
