Israel: Economic mobility and work-readiness course for Israeli and Palestinian young adults

  • Status

    Ongoing

  • Location Israel

The programme promotes economic mobility and work readiness among Israeli and Palestinian young adults through a unique hybrid-model course for 20-25 MEET alumni, 3rd or 4th year students at university or fresh graduates. The course will provide them with practical knowledge, skills and tools including computer science, social entrepreneurship, soft skills and project work in diverse teams. It will prepare them for success in the hi-tech (and general) job market (October - December 2021).

In addition, the programme will provide competitive follow-up opportunities for internships and student positions with MEET’s corporate partners (December 2021 - March 2022), including nine encounters with practical workshops and sessions regarding communication, project planning and management, CVs and LinkedIn, personal brand, art of negotiation, mentoring, interviews and applications.
