Provide a comprehensive approach to help low-income & marginalised women (Arabs, Jews, migrants, etc) reach economic independence through self-employment. This is achieved through 6 courses (7-8 months, 105h) providing women with business knowledge & skills needed to begin their own micro-enterprise as an alternative to the workforce where they have difficulty finding a job, also empowering women to believe in themselves & their capabilities (Self-esteem & self-confidence). It includes large group meetings co-led by a business facilitator & empowerment coach, small group meetings, and one-on-one consultations.

Topics cover: Developing a business plan, marketing, branding, pricing, working with banks, insurance, time management, etc.
