To fight under-employment and unemployment in 5 villages of the Madhepura District, close to Alstom new electric locomotive facility, this project aims to improve, through a mobile solution, the health status and level of education of local communities.

This project targets to provide education for circa 120 primary school-aged children and train circa 3,200 people to build vocational skills and employability.
