The project builds on the ongoing project to further develop online learning program & recruit 250 refugees, specifically women (30% of participants).
Key activities:
- Assess current digital certificate program and adapt it to be more effective (Redesign, new list of features, easier attendance monitoring, etc). Besides electronics & mechatronics, topics like human resource management, IT support or communications will be inserted
- Launch multi-channel recruitment campaign
- Ensure students stay motivated throughout learning journey with guidance & support mechanisms (Networking, virtual events, mentoring for >15 students to engage with Alstom employees)
- Digital networking event connecting >50 participants with potential employers (Incl. Alstom) to promote apprenticeship & career opportunities.
