- Location Seine St-Denis
- A flower-growing project on a 5800 m2 land on the island of L'Île-Saint-Denis, neighbouring Saint-Ouen. This activity offers an occupational integration programme to unemployed people.
- The General Objective of the project is to tackle urban poverty on Plaine Commune Territory by enhancing natural and human resources within the framework of a “Public-Private-Population Partnership”.
- The project team aims build a greenhouse and an irrigation system; as well as to provide gardening tools.
