Entrepreneurship for women is difficult due to a limited access to training/networks/funding and a lack of visibility/representation in the ecosystem. The project offers a free structured program to make social entrepreneurship more accessible to women, especially in the underserved communities:

1/ Short program on entrepreneurship awareness-raising through 3 discovery workshops for 120 women (How to transform an idea into a concrete project, develop mindset & vision)

2/ Long program to develop entrepreneurial skills through bootcamps for 40 women (12 workshops & 42h of group training sessions to structure/develop projects & skills, build a network through events or round tables)

3/ Focus on overcoming obstacles & managing work-life balance (Leadership skills, discussions)

4/ Female role models (Meetings with inspiring women)

5/ Access to financing (Workshops on financial management, business prospecting & negotiation + meetings with funders)
