Create sustainable livelihoods for women entrepreneurs who are small-scale farmers in Assiut, by developing micro & small enterprises in the field of home-based & animal husbandry:

1/ Entrepreneurship trainings

1.1/ "Start your own business" for transforming idea into business (Planning & development)

1.2/ "Basic management" for existing entrepreneurs (Finance, marketing, HR, investment)

1.3/ "Business Development & non-conventional feed" for breeders to decrease feed costs & enhance livestocks programs

1.4/ Support via the Club of Entrepreneurs (Workshops, networking, financial literacy & digital tools)

2/ Vocational training (Poultry breeding & animal feed production), business tools & in-kind support to selected female entrepreneurs to launch/scale their businesses

3/ Community empowerment & local partnerships (30 local trainers, 6 networking events)

4/ Promotion of local development (High-value identification, local resources, market competitiveness & profitability).
