This project will generate employment and increase income in family agriculture in the Province by: 1/ Making efficient value chain of coffee 2/ Consolidating product quality and generational turnover including women participation 3/ Diversifying income through roasting, including special and gourmet coffee 4/ Supporting coffee-based consumption and community tourism, in compliance with the highest conditions of hygiene and safety.
