In Colombia, the rate of teenage pregnancy is high, exacerbating poverty, gender gap, vulnerability & exclusion. The project aims to implement a digital empowerment lab for teen mothers to address the urgent digital divide they face, so they can pursue education & employment. Key activities:

1/ Complete setup of a digital training space at NGO's main center, to deliver digital skills trainings for >800 adolescent mothers (20 desktop computers with licensed software, 20 trapezoidal training desks, 1 ergonomic chair, 1 interactive display, 1 TV screen, 1 sound booth to reduce environmental noise, etc)

2/ Virtual training sessions led by Alstom employees for 100 participants to cover essential digital practices (Creating & managing documents, navigating online platforms & safe browsing).
