Young Brazilians in marginalized communities face high unemployment, with many NEET youth (Neither studying nor working) representing 10.3 M people (2023), and inequalities related to gender, race & class. The project aims to develop young leaders through a Career Program which combines technical training, hands-on experiences & support for social impact entrepreneurship through:
1/ Employability workshops to prepare 300 youth in entering/remaining in the job market (CV building, interview preparation, networking, behavioral skills, mentorship)
2/ Training placement to apply acquired knowledge in real professional setting (350 scholarships & seasonal positions within the NGO Leadership Camp Program)
3/ A social impact business incubator (LALA START) offering a training focused on entrepreneurship & innovation, supported by a mentorship and workshops on digital marketing, financial management & leadership.
