Refugee/migrant women in Australia often face obstacles entering the workforce due to language barriers, limited networks & lack of experience, leading to high unemployment rate, financial instability & social isolation. The program aims to equip them with the skills, confidence & support needed to achieve meaningful employment & financial independence through a 3-stage model:

1/ Training to meet market demand through industry partnerships, focusing on warehousing & manufacturing (Skills in inventory management, product assembly, quality control, packaging)

2/ Job readiness support (Career coaching on CV building & interview preparation, company visits, guest speaking sessions)

3/ Job placement with reputable companies or NGO social enterprise (Practical work experience, sustainable materials handling & waste reduction techniques, green manufacturing practices, etc).
