Improve the socio-economic inclusion & livelihoods of 195 vulnerable youth (>50% women) through trainings in digital, soft, technical & entrepreneurial skills linked to green & blue economy, with 40 youth becoming (self)-employed. The project is to continue to raise awareness about climate change & the need to stimulate sustainable development. The project focuses on: 

1/ 120 youth with online training in digital & soft skills to improve their employability through the Emplea+ platform developed by NGO & Accenture

2/ 45 youth from Algiers get soft & technical skills trainings connected to jobs

3/ 30 youth from Béchar get entrepreneurial trainings to enable new business creation 

4/ 40 youth with career launching jobs or self-employment 

5/ 195 youth to raise public awareness about the need to adopt environmentally-friendly practices.
