CAPTA is a soft and technical skills training program created by Calicanto Foundation, whose main objective is to train at risk women so that they can overcome their fears, problematic situations or obstacles, to become empowered, independent individuals and workers who contribute to society.

The main goal of the program is for women to achieve their social, human and vocational empowerment, so that they can incorporate themselves into economic activities.
