Objective: educate student with challenged capabilities on environmental issues.
The “Cascos Verdes” organisation is dedicated to raising environmental awareness through the implementation of socially inclusive programmes. Its main goal is to give lessons about environmental care to young people with challenged capabilities in order to train them to take the role of environmental educators. With Cascos Verdes, a synergy between “disability and ability” is achieved. After being trained, the students go into the community and educate school children on how to become more aware of the environment.
