  • Location Olsztyn

Olsztyn is a home to nearly 40,000 refugees from Ukraine, including 90% women & children. Since the beginning of the war, priorities of refugee women have changed from security issues (a roof & education for children) to building a life with a permanent & legal job. This project aims to support 48 women to adapt socially & enter the labor market through: participation in a series of development workshops (IT & new technologies, Polish law, Polish language, strategic view of business, innovative thinking), entrepreneurship, mentoring, career counseling & contact with the potential employers. Most of these women have children that need to be cared for while they increase their competences - this is included in the project, so that women can focus on their learning journey.
